2009-2010 Welcome to AWANA! Hey kids! How would you like to be part of an exciting club designed especially for you? AWANA is the place. You will have a great time with a load of fun packed into each Wednesday night, as well as a variety of special activities. You will want to return every week! However, AWANA is about much more than just a good time. We are all about reaching boys and girls with the Gospel of Christ, and training them to serve Him! Each boy and girl will grow in Bible knowledge and application. We want to help you grow in ways pleasing to God and to your parents! A: A lot in one and a half hours! Arriving on time means they won't miss out on all the fun and action! Check-in each night begins at 6:30 p.m. Five major activities fill the evening: STATE WIDE AWANA CONFERENCE Host church: Anchorage Grace The 2010 Awana State Wide Ministry Conference prepares you to proclaim God's Word to kids and teenagers when they're most open to salvation. Learn effective, innovative ideas for evangelism and discipleship through an inspiring keynote message and a variety of practical workshops. Choose the sessions that benefit your unique ministry – and watch yourself grow! Come with a group and split up to take full advantage of the entire conference. You'll leave excited to serve, armed with ideas and skills to immediately apply to your ministry. Lets strive together to raise children and youth who know, love and serve Christ for life!
